Getting Started

Creating an account for homeowners/real estate investors

  1. Visit the Housify homepage.
  2. Click on "Connect with MetaMask".
  3. MetaMask is the official wallet supported by Housify (Learn More , Install MetaMask).

Dashboard Overview

Your dashboard is the control center, featuring document management, property management, Housify Guide, and Profile management. We provide you snippets of Housify to help you navigate the dashboard easily, ensuring you can make the most of the AI-driven recommendations for efficient document management.

  1. Generate Document
    1. 1.1 Generate Document with Custom Requirements
      1. Click on "Generate Document" from your dashboard.
      2. Select the type of document you wish to create.
      3. Input the specific requirements for your document.
      4. Review and finalize the generated document.

      1. Click on the chat box on your right.
      2. Enter any questions or upload a file to ask questions about.

  2. Manage Property

      1. Navigate to the "Manage Property" section.
      2. Select the property you wish to manage.
      3. Access and edit property details, documents, and lease agreements.
